ARMAN Company has finished the international installation on the oil refinery in Libya
In April 2013 the specialists of Arman Company have successfully completed the installation on the largest oil refinery in Libya – Ra’s Lanuf. The Ra’s Lanuf oil refinery locating in the similarly-named oil export port on the shore of the Gulf of Sidra, can produce up to 220 thousand barrels of oil per day, that is more than half of the total number of oil capacities of the country. According to the plans of the plant owners, in the next 4 years the Ra’s Lanuf’s production capacity will increase twice up to at least 400 thousand barrels per day. The plant in Ra’s Lanuf belongs to the Libyan Emirati Refining Company: this is a joint venture of the Libyan National Oil Corporation and the group of companies from the United Arab Emirates, owned by an influential businessman Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, who holds the post of the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, which ranks second by market value in the UAE. Within the framework of the project was carried out the installation of the operative-dispatch communication system, produced by Armtel.
