Serikbay Bisekeev, (Arman LLP) Serikbay Bisekeev: ?I always tell the guys that I am not different from the others. Many people now congratulate me. I am very pleased. But I was born in the village. I have the same Soviet education, as the majority. It all depends on people, on the desire to fulfill oneself, and say that you can bring something to the people. Therefore, we have created a product which is sold all over the world. It makes me happy, because Russia is such a clever country in the world and the brightest people live in this country. And we sell resources and this is the finished product, the product of the military-industrial complex, which was funded by the Soviet Union at that time, and the products which were launched after restructuring at the present time and introduced to the world market are their units, probably. So I want most people not be afraid and just make products would be competitive in the world. So I wish all good luck and not to put off and start right now and win the same award.? Corr.: What are you experiencing at this very moment? Serikbay Bisekeev: ?Recognition of an independent company. It seems to me that most of the competitions held here in Russia aren?t independent, but here, when the world-class international company irrespectively says about the recognition of our achievements, for me it is very important that the world leader, the auditor appreciated me.? Corr.: What can you wish for the students who are thinking now about how to do business in Russia? Serikbay Bisekeev: ?I wish them not to be afraid of risks, which are connected with the starting of a new business and not to be afraid of taking them. Wish them to be those who know how to take risk and calmly overcome it. Most of us see the risks and refuse to implement the idea.
