"Sary Arka" Association
Within the framework of "Saryarka" Business Association’s "SUCCESS STORY" project, the business community of Astana was visited by Serikbay Bisekeev – winner of Russia’s "Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2012. 
At the beginning of the event, Serikbay Bisekeev told the audience about his first business endeavours in Russia; about the ups and downs, and about the business system in the 90s. 
Then the speaker told the capital’s entrepreneurs about the importance of self development and personal growth; as well as about the inestimable value of staff training. "This is our main competitive advantage," said Serikbay. .
Overall it was a very interesting meeting, held in a "Q&A" format: the participants asked relevant questions and received clear and constructive responses.
