It's not worth beginners taking out loans
On December 26th, businessman Serikbay Bisekeev held the lecture " Formula for Success" in Almaty Management University (ALMA University, formerly MAB), which was open to all comers.

In the open lecture for students of the university, the guest speaker addressed various issues that are important for start-ups, including how to start your own business and how to avoid the mistakes that are typical for a beginner.
According to Serikbay Bisekeev, the most important thing - without which it is impossible to start a business - is passion for your enterprise, no matter whether it be a large holding or a small project.
Another rule of Serikbay Bisekeev is never to borrow money for business. In particular, he advises beginners not to take out loans - paying off debts will be even more difficult for an aspiring businessman.
Some advice from an experienced entrepreneur - penetrate into those areas and industries that have emerged relatively recently, and that still don't have very high levels of competition. As an example, Bisekeev cited his own first business - selling mobile phones in St. Petersburg in the early 90s. At that time, only rich people could afford to buy a cellular: in current terms, the gadget cost the equivalent of about $10 thousand. Over time, the
young entrepreneur's business enabled him to
stand on his feet and establish his own holding.
In closing, the guest speaker answered the students' questions and awarded prizes for the best questions. 3rd year English student Ilnur Bildanov was given Lee Iacocca's book "Career management". The student was interested to find out how Bisekeev had studied the market and conducted his market research in the 90s, at a time when there was a dearth of information. It turned out that the young entrepreneur just went to the markets and shops, selling by himself the things that had come from the West, and studying the demand and supply trends. These days this method is known as "field marketing".
And 3rd year student Alisher Zhanabekov received Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman's book "First, Break All The Rules".
