I am glad that the President says that we need to restructure the economy of Kazakhstan and get rid of dependence on resources. I offered to change, first of all, the laws in order to attract investors through beneficial terms; otherwise we cannot build any enterprise and as a consequence won’t create new jobs! We need to dictate terms for investors in exchange for favorable tax privileges and train the citizens of Kazakhstan on business and project management in order to get competent managers in three years. The best market outlets are nearby and this is our competitive advantage, therefore, we need to develop the mining-ore industry, and immediately build plants with several kinds of refinery yields. There are many mineral resources all over the Kazakhstan, thus we can arrange employment in regions and the basic requirement will be to train the citizens of Kazakhstan. We must become one of the most "intelligent" nations, such as South Korea and so on and so forth. For this we have our own competitive advantages. The future belongs to the "intelligent" nation that is ready to restructure the economy as for the situation, because we are ready to offer our own way out of any crisis, because I always consider the crisis as a big opportunity for creative and resourceful people!
