Invest in the country's future!
Over the past two years, I have been conducting open lectures for the students of Kazakhstan's universities. I believe this to be part of my social mission. The audience members themselves motivate me to do it! Their keen interest, the response that I see on their faces, and the positive achievements they make thanks to my advice. The lectures are not only attended by students, but also by both start-up as well as established entrepreneurs. They all share the desire to learn and develop. The experience that I possess is continuously being updated in the process of my work, and it is impossible to keep it to myself and not to share it with others. So I do share it, and I must admit that it is pleasing to know that my words and recommendations have found practical application. I'd like to point out that nowadays mentoring is really quite indispensable and effective! These days, however, it's more about interactive communication rather than through books and articles. With my "Formula for Success" lectures, I travelled to almost all the major cities of Kazakhstan sharing my experience with start-ups and students - since no university in Kazakhstan provides the knowledge and skills either to set up a business or to navigate business realities. Using social networks and through my website bisekeev.com, I am in constant communication with budding entrepreneurs and young people who are purely interested in business, looking to develop themselves. We exchange opinions, and I try to give advice that will help them in their development and initiatives. We need to understand right now that to develop entrepreneurship in this country, and hence to increase the country's standards, it is necessary to maintain an active youth. After all, today's business is based on the enthusiasm of the young together with support from the more experienced business players.
