Serikbay Bisekeev was elected to the Board of Directors of "Damu" JSC as an independent director.
On July 24th, the Board and Directorate of "Damu" Fund were introduced to their new independent director - member of the Board of Directors of "Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund" JSC, Serikbai Bisekeev.
At a meeting with the new independent member of the Board of Directors, Chairperson of the Board of "Damu" Fund, Lyazzat Ibragimov, presented the results of the Fund's operations during the first half of 2014, and dwelt on the main activities of the fund,
such as due placement of funds in financial institutions, the subsidising of remuneration rates and loan guarantees within the context of the "Business Road Map 2020" programme, free training and counselling.
In turn, Serikbay Bisekeev made a proposition to attract world experts in the field of benchmarking, conduct a global analysis of the activities of development institutions in different countries, to adopt the most effective model for SME support and implement it in Kazakhstan.
