I constantly communicate with young people and very often they ask me for advice on doing business, and in recent times they are asking for employment. The last case quite overwhelmed me. A day or two ago at the entrance to my St. Petersburg office one girl came up to me asking for employment. In addition to it she hadn’t any CV with her and I didn’t receive any intelligible answer to my question on what exactly she wanted to do in the company.
