"If you are to be, then be the first" - I live with this axiom, even use it to start my business - lectures for students and aspiring entrepreneurs.What are the challenges facing leaders within a company?The leader's role cannot be overestimated, since the "head sets the tail's pace" and the quality of the signal that is transmitted from the head to all the cells of the company's organism depends directly on how pronounced its corporate culture is.One of the main objectives for any leader is to create a corporate culture together with the team.Vision and values, procedures for growth and global development - these are all part of corporate culture.At the same time, corporate culture is not simply rules and regulations that are prescribed on paper - it's how we behave and what rules we live by.Not replying to letters, dressing sloppily, undermining suggestions from colleagues about potential partnerships, missing deadlines - we set an example to those around us, that this is our corporate culture and this is how we operate.In contrast, integrating as much as possible with other departments to work out common problems, assisting partners and colleagues with issues that come under your particular area of responsibility, arriving at work on time, conforming to the company's adopted dress code - these form a very different culture. The organization will then become a stronger team - both internally and externally.So what is corporate culture and how is it formed by the people in a company?It is important that every single person is involved, because when corporate culture is formed everyone is a leader.
