I suggest the administration of the President to make an assessment to the work of Akim of Almaty on environmental situation
Fellows from the MFA! As I have suggested, in order to solve the problem in Almaty, the Akim should ride a bike and become an example for all people. Holland is colder, and in Almaty the weather is much warmer. Also we need bicycle tracks and then the city will breathe. And if all cars switch to natural gas, Almaty will be Switzerland, where all rich men want to live. Then there is a chance that our Kazakhs will stay at Motherland.

I suggest the administration of the President to make an assessment to the work of Akim of Almaty on environmental situation in the city by forming of an Independent Commission, which will measure the air quality on a quarterly basis in similar conditions the wind speed, the air induction points and etc., and make conclusions. Otherwise Akim’s work can’t be evaluated; in this case he can show himself from the best side and won’t be berated on this matter.
Also I suggest to evaluate the work of the MINT on industrialization, a key indicator is not in how many enterprises are opened, but in how many of these enterprises pay taxes, and if they are growing steadily in the same proportion to their number it is good, but if they are not extending, it means that they're not alive! Then you can evaluate the work of the Minister.
