Happy 2014!

Dear friends and associates!

So, 2013 has come to an end. For me the year was packed with events. Our company entered the Southeast Asian market, and to promote the company I moved to Singapore. Being in another country has made me feel even stronger ties to my homeland of Kazakhstan, and helped me realise how important it is to share and learn.

In numerous interviews on television, in newspapers and magazines, I actively voiced my stance on the most pressing challenges Kazakhstan is facing today. I tried to share my suggestions and not merely to criticize - this is my position as a professional manager - and to find a systematic solution so that such problems do not recur and, since we are developing rapidly, that we may turn our attention to newer issues.

As part of my mission to support entrepreneurship, I held a series of meetings and lectures in the higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, as well as delivering a lecture in the US for students from Kazakhstan in one of the leading universities of Southern California. The meetings I had with students and business associations in the regions of Kazakhstan greatly inspired me, since I could feel your support and willingness to learn.

If I've been able to help those searching for their own path to find a way, then I'm glad. I created the website www.bisekeev.com to consolidate communication and exchange of materials. Since December, I have switched to webinars as a more active form of online communication. Over 350 people attended my first webinar, " Formula for Success", which was held in December. Thanks to all my listeners - it's a sign that tells me I'm on the right track.

Now, in these minutes before the holidays, I want to say thank you again to all those who support me and who believe, as I do, that Kazakhstan has a great future ahead!

In the run-up to the New Year, I'd like to express my gratitude to the Astana Economic Forum, who have demonstrated their confidence in me by electing me Vice-President of the Scientists' Club. For my part, I pledge to make every effort to strengthen international relations between Kazakhstan and other countries.

In this rapidly changing world, I am pleased that there is growing interest in our common values of continuous improvement, and that the citizens of Kazakhstan are focused on developing their competencies - this is the key to future success.

Dear friends, be happy! Health and success to you and your loved ones!

Dream, and let your dreams come true!

Happy New Year 2014!

Sincerely yours,Serikbay
